The Kelley Fleet, (Deep Sea Fishing) Collins Avenue (A1A) and 108th Street Haulover Marina, Miami Beach The Kelley Fleet is docked at Haulover Marina on the east side of the intra-coastal waterway just north of the Haulover bridge. The fleet is composed of aging boats 65 ft. to 85 ft. in length. Fishing in this area is not what it used to be.
Half-day rates used to be $23.00 adult/$15.00 child back when they had a polite representative but have since increased to $45.00 adult and $35.00
