ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel rooms, efficiencies and one bedroom apartments are available. All rooms
are equipped with refrigerators, microwaves and coffeemakers. Efficiencies and
apartments have full kitchens and all cooking and service utensils. Dinette
areas are also in the efficiency apartments with the bedroom apartments having a
living room. Rooms include color cable remote televisions, direct dial phones,
A/C and heat, ceiling fans, full tubs and showers w/massage. Paperback books
available at the office.
Rates may be increased during holidays and special events. Rates
subject to 11% County and State Tax.
Rates based on double occupancy. $10.00 per day additional for extra person.
Rates subject to a 5% discount on stays of (4) four weeks or longer.
No refunds unless room is resold.
A minimum stay may be required for holidays and special events.
Management has the right of refusal.
Daily maid service, except Sundays and holidays.
Sorry no pets, boats, or RV's.
